Welcome to FiscalBest. These terms outline your rights and obligations when engaging with advisory sessions, digital guides, and merchandise on FiscalBest.com.

1. Scope of Services

FiscalBest provides personalized guidance and instructional materials focused on planning, budgeting, and resource management. Merchandise includes tools and physical materials designed to support your objectives.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing any offering from FiscalBest, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from proceeding further.

3. Fees and Payment

All charges must be settled prior to accessing services, digital guides, or merchandise shipment. We accept major payment methods and confirm orders once payment is processed.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Advisory Sessions

Fees for one-on-one sessions are non-refundable due to the personalized nature of guidance, unless you notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled date. In such cases, you may request rescheduling at no additional charge.

4.2 Digital Guides

Digital materials are eligible for refund within 14 days of download, provided you have accessed no more than 10% of the content. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval.

4.3 Merchandise

You may send back merchandise in unused, original condition within 30 days of delivery. Shipping costs to send back the item are your responsibility. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after receipt of the merchandise.

If any offering specifies no refund, this will be clearly indicated prior to purchase and confirmed in your order receipt.

5. Cancellations and Changes

To cancel or modify any advisory session, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests for schedule changes.

6. Limitation of Liability

FiscalBest and its personnel are not liable for indirect or incidental outcomes arising from use of our offerings. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific offering.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable federal statutes of Canada.
